Miguel Rubiano has been building across the Washington metropolitan area for over 25 years. Under the name Washingtonian Restoration, his team renovated, expanded and transformed more than a thousand properties in D.C., Maryland and Virginia — house by house, client by client, referral by referral.

Over the years, something became evident: the properties he renovated didn't just look better — they were worth more. And the question changed from “can you renovate my house?” to “where do I invest with you?”. RENOVA was born from that question: a parent company that structures the investment and a division that executes the transformation. Same founder, same standard, same family.
